Beginning with a detailed consultation interview, we discuss the details of what you want to achieve. We work together to break down the biomechanics of all the exercises and activities so you understand what it takes to reach your maximum potential. We put together a unique training program customized for you and your sport. Then the work begins and the results are not far behind.
We aim to create a balance within the body, this allows for a strong foundation to build on and then apply sport-specific training. Together, we look at all the many movements particular to your sport, even reviewing video footage if available. By determining the correct biomechanics, we target specific areas of weakness and strength.
